Okay so its time finally to get this blog rocking n rolling! First up is a quick review of Prodrift round 1 in Fermoy from Karl and crew. Round 2 is just around the corner this weekend in Punchestown and as always promises to be an excellent event.
One of the reasons I like it is that as a spectator you can get really close to the action and literally see how close some of the top guys are getting to each other. The Prodrift guys tend to change the layout of the course from year to year to keep the drivers on their toes and it’ll be interesting to see what they have in store for 2010. The layout usually comprises a nice blend of fast and slow corners to suit all cars from the high powered monsters to the little hachis which results in great competitive drifting and strategic lines being taken. Anywho lets hope the weather holds up which always adds to the spectacle and I should be back next week with some pictures to feed you!
